Full subcontractor coordination
When a part requires specialized operations such as heat treatment, coatings, or additive manufacturing, we manage the entire chain. You work with one contractor; we are accountable for every participant.
Material and component sourcing
We procure the alloys, fasteners, seals, and components your project requires, including hard-to-source items. When originals are unavailable or uneconomical, we select and approve alternatives with you.
Technical documentation recovery
When drawings are missing but the part is needed: we perform measurements or 3D scanning, build a working model, and produce full technical documentation for manufacturing.
How we work
Requirements definition
We discuss your requirements: part specifications, batch size, timeline. We assess technical feasibility and provide preliminary cost and lead time estimates.
Technical documentation
If documentation exists, we review and agree on specifications, materials, and tolerances. If not, we create it from a sample or a technical brief. Acceptance criteria are defined upfront.
Production
We manufacture with inspection at key stages, coordinate subcontractors for specialized operations, and document the process per agreed requirements.
Final inspection and delivery
Final inspection against agreed acceptance criteria. Accompanying documentation is prepared and delivered within the agreed timeline.
